This one is to experiment with small feet on Pink Call and to emphasize that the V is what I see as Dr. Sanda's logo, just like how the triangle on Beck's ears is for Dr. White.
The inspiration for trying small feet comes from an image of Call on her bed putting on her big boots. Seeing that, I imagine all people in the Mighty No. 9 universe have the small feet, and the robots put armored boots on that augment their movement (maybe it's how they dash?).
